Don Robins - Senior Pastor

I became a follower of Christ in 1953 when my Mom led me to Jesus Christ.

Harvest has been my church home since Easter, 2000.

I am the senior pastor of the church and a biblical counselor.

My community service is as the Police Chaplain for the Oak Creek Police Department.

My wife and I lead a Home Group in Racine where we live.

Janice and I have been married since January 1, 1972. We are parents to 3 adult daughters, 3 sons-in-law, and a grandson, Gabe.

I am an avid reader and author.

I hear God best in the quiet of the night when others sleep.

Helen Ergen - Children's Ministries Pastor

My husband, Gregory, and I have 4 adult children who’ve brought 2 spouses into the family and provided us with 2 grandchildren.  We love spending Sunday afternoon with our family, enjoying lively discussion, playing board games and cheering for the Packers.

We’ve attended Harvest since 1993 when our friends invited us to check out this “cool, new church”.  I took a staff position, Sunday School Director, in 1999 and was honored with a call to the position of Children's Ministries Pastor in March of 2003.

My credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music Education from UW-Stevens Point and a Master's Degree in Arts Administration from UW-Madison.  I’m currently finishing my Masters in Theology from Andersonville Seminary.

I was blessed with godly parents and a Bible-preaching church as a child, and asked the Lord to be my Savior as a 9 year old at home in Kiel, Wisconsin.  That’s why I have a passion for helping children learn to love and worship the Lord.  I believe in giving children the opportunity to know Christ and then teaching them how to serve and share their faith with others.

Keith Barger - Worship & Arts Pastor

Principal responsibilities include worship leader, arranger, visionary, vocal coach, band director, ordering/writing/charting music, recruiting and training team members, weekly rehearsals, administration of the whole Harvest arts program.

Undergraduate degree from Oklahoma Baptist University. Also studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Regina and I were blown here from America's breadbasket and the Air Capitol of the U.S., Wichita, KS. God blessed us with the birth of our first daughter, Amelia, in Sept '06. Then, Violet in June of '09. We're loving every moment with them and can't wait to see what God does with these little lives.

God continues to use us and change us into more mature followers. It's not always an easy journey. But the most difficult path often leads to the most rewarding destination.

Laurie Hendrickson - Group Life Minister

I am originally from the Milwaukee area, although we now live in Muskego.  I committed my life to Christ at age 16. When I met Gary, I knew that we were called to minister together, so marriage seemed like a good idea too. Together, we share a passion for the local church and seeing God at work through transformed lives.

Coming from a 13-year career in sales, training and marketing, our family came to Harvest in 1996, and I became a part of the Harvest ministry team in 1997. I began as Connections Director and now serve as Group Life Minister, providing training, leadership development, and support for small group leaders, as well as regularly building new groups.

We are the proud parents of an adult son and daughter and their spouses.  I love to garden, read, and welcome people into our home.

I hear God best in the quiet of the morning with a good cup of coffee.

Motto: “Let’s do coffee"
